This page is for anyone with an account on the 92bytes mobile app or the 92bytes.com store, run by 92bytes. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Fill in the form below with the email address you use to sign in.
2. We'll email you from info@92bytes.com to confirm the account is yours.
3. Once confirmed, we delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

You can also email info@92bytes.comfrom your account email with the subject “Delete my account”.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email, mobile number, photo, password and Google sign-in link
• Business details: company name, GSTIN, PAN and address
• Two-factor sign-in settings and backup codes
• Sign-in sessions, devices and push notification tokens
• Wishlist, notifications, product reviews and support tickets

What we keep, and for how long

• Orders, invoices, payments and refunds are kept for up to 8 years, as Indian tax (GST) and accounting law requires. They're used only for those records and aren't linked to an active account.
• Software licences you bought stay valid unless you ask us to revoke them.
• Server backups are overwritten on their normal cycle, within 90 days.

Card and UPI details are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay) and are never stored by us.
